Joe's 2011 MLB Predictions

Let's start with this. Thank God for fantasy baseball or else who really cares about non-steroid users. I don't want MY pro athletes to look like me. I want superheroes with giant forearms, biceps, and foreheads. I miss the days when teams were filled with Paul Bunyan lookalikes, pitchers were power pitchers, and balls were flying to parts unknown to most fly balls. But no, we ruined that era. Back to Basics. Back to strategy, speed, and defense. BORING. Give me Joey/Albert Belle any day of the week. I want roid rage, shady locker room figures, and even shadier bar room figures. But I guess we're stuck with Juan Pierre being a major fantasy player. Me, I picked ARod this year for my team because I believe in performance enhancing. Why not? We go to watch them perform so why not see it be the best performance possible? I can only hope Tim Lincecum finds his way to some HGH so that I can enjoy him for another 10 years. Someone should just spike his weed stash with some 'cream' or 'clear'. Surely someone in SF knows someone who knows someone who knows Greg Anderson.
So anyway, Let's Play Ball!!! Small Ball.

Predictions
AL East - Red Sox
AL Central - White Sox
AL West - Athletic Sox
Wild Card - Yankee Sox

NL East - Atlanta
NL Central - Milwaukee
NL West - Colorado
Wild Card - Philadelphia

AL Winner - Red Sox
NL Winner - Atlanta

WS Winner - Atlanta Braves 4-3 (because of Home Field from AS Game)

All Star Game Winner - National League 7-4

MVPs - Adrian Gonzalez, Ryan Braun

Cy Youngs - Jon Lester, Roy Halladay

Rookies of Year - Ivan Nova, Craig Kimbrel

Cleveland Indians Prediction - 81-81, and in the division race until August. Pitching will be better than you think but key injuries to hitters derail dream season.

There it is. Do Not be surprised if 100% of this is correct.
