Week 6 Review
So we found out the Browns can't quite hang with Tom Brady and the Patriots. I still would have liked to see Kessler for a full 4 quarters just in case he pulled out the most unlikely backdoor cover of the season.I remain hopelessly optimistic about the Browns and where they are heading. All the negativity from the local media is ridiculous to me considering the injuries the Browns have suffered through the first 5 weeks. How can you possibly grade what the Browns are doing when their 4th and 5th string QBs are actually playing significant amounts barely a quarter of the way into the season??
The attitude of the team is still positive and I love everything Terrelle Pryor is saying and doing. Coach Hue Jackson really is making a positive imprint on the organization even if having former Baylor Head Coach Briles in for a few practices isn't the greatest look.
I'll be picking the Browns to cover once again this week in Tennessee.
Week 5 Pick Review
San Diego @ (-3.5) Oakland. My Pick, Oakland 30-27. What Happened, Oakland 34-31. Pretty much nailed this one. San Diego should be 4-1.
New York Giants @ (-7.5) Green Bay. My Pick, Green Bay 27-20. What Happened, Green Bay 23-16. Am I actually getting good at this? Green Bay should still be better.
Tampa Bay @ (-6.5) Carolina. My Pick, Tampa Bay 20-17. What Happened, Tampa Bay 17-14. Three in a row, Holy Crap!!!
Week 5 - 3-2
Overall - 11-16
