Joe's Week 2 NFL Locks

Week 1 was just a practice round. I'm already on the upswing after picking the Jets Thursday night. Now having watched the Buckeyes dominate Oklahoma, I'm feeling a clean sweep of the weekend.

About the Browns, let's not forget McCown put up over 450 yards on the Ravens last year and now the Browns have a receiver or two over 5'9". Terrelle Pryor will score twice, feeling inspired from watching this. The Browns' offense behind McCown will be better and cover the spread but the defense just isn't ready to win a close game.

Baltimore @ (+5.5) Cleveland.  My Pick - Baltimore 27-24. I'd be fine with a Cleveland win here, I just don't see the defense getting stops when they need them most.
Dallas @ (-2.5) Washington. My Pick - Washington 31-20. It's still a little early for Dak time, especially on the road. The natives were embarrassed on Monday night but they get a breather in the soft Dallas D in this game. Expect 2 TDs for Jordan Reed in this one.
Seattle @ (+4.5) LA Rams. My Pick - Seattle 27-13. Surely Seattle is better than they showed against Miami in week 1. The Rams on the other hand got demolished by a bottom-5 peer team in SF last week. This could get ugly.
Indianapolis @ (-6.5) Denver. My Pick - Denver 24-17. This Indy team is not good. Take away Luck and their a 3-4 win team. Denver meanwhile only needs steady QB play and they'll win this game going away. Luck garbage time points make this game appear closer than it is.
Philadelphia @ (-2.5) Chicago. My Pick - Chicago 23-16. Having actual real NFL defenders will help the Bears make life difficult on Carson Wentz. He'll play ok, but a costly turnover will bring Philly back to reality.
